As an entrepreneur, you're already building businesses, solving hard problems, and leading and serving in the marketplace. But too often you can't see how those gifts fit the mission of the church and the church isn't always sure what to do with them.

We believe that disconnect is a missed opportunity. Our goal is simple: to move entrepreneurs from sitting in the crowd to moving with purpose in the church and in the marketplace.

84% of entrepreneurs are aware of their God-given gifts, 97% believe those gifts are for God’s glory, but 62% wish they had a clearer understanding of how to use their talents to serve God.

How It Works

From a single dinner to a calling you can name.

  • It starts with dinner — We borrowed an idea from the secret supper clubs happening around the world: invite-only, an intimate table, a chef, an unexpected setting. It's a chance to experience church in a completely new way and to hear the same invitation Jesus once gave people in the marketplace: follow me.

  • Then an eight-week journey — Real business owners on video share how they're making their companies places where God shows up. Alongside their stories, biblical truth that begins to reshape your heart toward surrendering all of it to him.

  • Coaching and a discipleship path — Leadership development and discipleship that meet you where you actually are, so you grow in the areas that matter most not a one-size-fits-all curriculum.

  • Tools to keep going — A growth journal of your own, a digital group that keeps everyone connected between sessions, and graduate coaching for those ready to go further into their calling in the marketplace.

FAQ's

Are you going to ask me for money?

No. Not at the dinner, not in a follow-up call, not in the eight weeks that follow, not ever as a condition of being here. Dinner is on us. If you ever choose to give to this church someday, another church, or The Founders Table, that will be your idea, not ours.

Okay — so what's the catch?

There isn't one, but here's our honest motive: we think the church has quietly wasted the gifts of entrepreneurs for a long time, and we'd like to stop doing that. We want to know you. That's the whole play.  We want you to have a great meal, get to know others in similar roles as yours, and gain knowledge and skill to build your business and the local church how God intended you to.

Am I going to get recruited for something?

No. We are funded by The Founders Table, a foundation that believes in the mission of building entrapurnewers up to lead the church (small c), we do this as a service for the local church as we all go to different churches and we beleive the premises, and we hope you come because you see the unique gifts God has given you and you want to grow.

Is this a sales pitch in disguise?

No. Nobody is selling anything — no products, no memberships, no network marketing. Come, eat well, listen, push back, go home.  Repeat for 8 times and leave a stronger leader and builder of the community around us.

Do I have to be a Christian?

No. Skeptics, the burned-out, the curious, and the flat-out unconvinced all have a seat. You will not be put on the spot, called on, or asked to pray out loud. Everything we do we do in hopes of sharing the Gospel with someone who hasnt heard it before.  If the above is you perhaps it is better for us meet one on one as this event is geared towards people who believe that God has built them and they want to be used to their fullest.  The stance of the training/formation comes straight out of the letter to the Ephesians in chapter 4.

What actually happens that night?

A real dinner, prepared by a chef, in a place you wouldn't expect. Good food, real conversation with other owners and founders, and one honest challenge — the same one Jesus brought to working people in the marketplace. That's it.

Where is it?

That's part of the fun. We borrowed the idea from the secret supper clubs happening around the world: invite-only, unusual location, revealed once you RSVP.

Is this a church service?

No. No sermon, no offering plate, no band, no bulletin. A table.

How long will it take?

About two and a half hours. We start at [TIME] on [DATE] and we finish when we say we'll finish — we know what your calendar looks like.

What do I wear?

Whatever you'd wear to a good dinner with friends. Nobody needs a suit and nobody will notice if you're in one.

Can I bring my spouse or my business partner?

Yes — just tell us when you RSVP so we can set the right number of places.

I have dietary restrictions.

Tell us on the RSVP and the chef will take care of it. This is a real kitchen, not a casserole line.

Will I have to talk in front of everyone?

Never. Say as much or as little as you want. Some of the best people at these tables mostly listen.

Am I committing to anything by coming?

Not a thing. Come to dinner, eat, and decide later. Plenty of people come once, and that's the whole relationship — no hard feelings and no follow-up campaign.  Our true hope is that the dinner is just the beginning.  Followed by eight weeks of learning and when you see the value this provides to you, your business, and the church we have have a graduate track!  We never stop growing!

What's the eight-week group?

For those who want to keep going: eight sessions with other business owners. You'll hear from founders on video who are making their companies places where God shows up, and work through truth that reshapes how you see your work and your leadership.

What's the time commitment?

Roughly ninety minutes a week for eight weeks, plus whatever you choose to put into the journal. Miss a week when business demands it — we all run companies here.

What does the group cost?

Nothing. You'll receive the eight weeks, a personal growth journal, a digital tool to stay connected between sessions, and leadership and discipleship coaching. Graduate coaching is available if you want to keep growing.
